The ECM Seminars Steering Group aims to enhance the quality of ECM seminars and proposes the content and/or themes for the meetings. The steering group also reviews all bids for hosting ECM meetings and gives a recommendation to the Board. Group members only.

Knowledge Group Research & Statistics
The Research and Statistics group coordinates all research activities within the network and collaborates with ECM research partners.

ECM Board Meeting
The ECM Board manages the Association through overseeing effective implementation of the rolling three-year strategy plan with an annual budget plan and associated KPIs.

The Editorial Board is in charge of the ‘European Cities Marketing Benchmarking Report’ as well as further development &improvement of the report and securing its data quality and consistency. Group members only.

The Group helps ECM members to make the shift from a traditional destination marketing organisation to a City Marketing organisation targeting beyond visitors, setting the path to the sustainable development of cities and city régions.

The Meetings Industry Group offers a platform where members can exchange best practices and have open discussions on all the topics of interest to those working in European convention bureaux.
